Black Iris Winter Brew - 2009 We broke out the Black Iris Brew at a cocktail party last weekend, and I think the batch was a success. Thanks to brewmasters Greg and Greg for the Brown Ale and RYE P.A. and Zac for his design skills. The paper bags were a nice touch, don’t you think?
